How do I schedule an appointment?

Scheduling an appointment is easy. You can click the ‘Book Now’ tab on the upper right hand corner which will take you to the booking website. You will able to book a 15 minute complimentary consultation and check the schedule for next availabilities.

Do you offer in person therapy sessions?

Currently we are offering virtual sessions for those who prefer or require remote access to our services.

Are therapy sessions covered by insurance, and how does billing work?

Most benefits do cover therapy for Social Work services. At this time, we do not offer direct billing. After every session, we provide an invoice that you can submit to your benefits. We recommend reaching out to your benefits provider if you are unsure, and we are always here to help as well.

How long does each therapy session take?

Each therapy session typically lasts around 50 minutes, allowing ample time for meaningful dialogue and exploration of your concerns. However, session lengths may vary depending on individual needs and preferences. We are flexible in accommodating your schedule to ensure you receive the support you need.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations will incur a fee.
